Return Policy

Workbooks, Planners & Physical Tools:

Items purchased on TheZenAcademy.com in new condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and documentation, as well as re-packaged in original packaging with all of the articles enclosed in the original packaging. To begin your return please email Contact@TheZenAcademy.com with the Subject Line “Return” and in the body of the email please include the proof of purchase for the item you will be returning and why. A complimentary pre-paid label will be emailed to you, for you to return your item(s), please ensure you print this and adhere it to your shipping box before sending it out with the appropriate carrier. Please ensure that all TheZenAcademy.com returns sent to our Customer Service team are handled by an insured carrier. The Zen Academy cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.

Once our Customer Service team receives your return we will process it within 28 days.

Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

We are unable to offer any form of refund or exchange for personalized planners, workbooks, or products.

Digital Products:

Please note that all digital recordings, planners, and workbooks are considered "non-tangible irrevocable goods" and as such, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. It is important you understand this as a customer, and take the appropriate time to research our product offerings and email us with any questions to Contact@TheZenAcademy.com. Your service advisor will answer your questions and guide you in finding the best product for your needs.

For clarity, due to the immediate access to digital products, all sales are final and nonrefundable. 


We do realize that exceptional circumstances can take place in regard to the character of digital products. Therefore, we will honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:


Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing restrictions of different email providers and mail servers you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance at your earliest convenience. It is important that you note that claims for non-delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded;


Download and unzipping issues: We are happy to help you with any downloading or unzipping issues that you may encounter but you ask that you reach out to us right away. If you find you are still unable to download and unzip your purchased documents you must email a claim to contact@thezenacademy.com within seven (7) days of purchase. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;


Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please contact us for such issues. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at the customer’s choice, a store credit can be applied. 

For Digital Courses, please be advised that temporary access to your WebHost/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund. 


Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. 


Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web hosts) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
